Terms of service

1. The service

Stratia Social, operated by Stratia (stratia.cl), prepares, schedules and publishes content on professional Instagram accounts after the person responsible for each account approves it.

2. Access

Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for telling us if you believe someone else accessed your account.

3. Your content and approval

• Nothing is published without approval. Every approval is recorded with its date and the person who gave it.
• By approving a post you confirm you have the right to publish its images and text.
• The content remains yours; we only use it to publish it on your account.

4. Instagram

Posts are published through the official Instagram API, so Instagram's and Meta's terms and community guidelines also apply.

5. Availability

We do what is reasonable to publish at the agreed time, but Instagram may delay or reject a post for reasons outside our control. If a post fails, we let you know and retry or reschedule it with you.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for failures of third-party services, including Instagram.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. To delete your data, follow the steps in Data deletion.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we will publish the current version here with its date.

9. Governing law
