1. Who is responsible

Stratia (stratia.cl) is the controller of personal data in Stratia Social (social.stratia.cl). For any question about your data, write to contacto@stratia.cl.

2. What data we process

• About users: name, email and password (stored only as an encrypted hash, never in plain text), and session data (IP address and browser) to protect access.
• About the Instagram accounts you connect, through Meta's Instagram API and with your authorization: the account ID and username, its type, the access token (stored encrypted), the posts we prepare or schedule for it (images, captions, hashtags, dates and links) and the insights of those posts.
• We do not access your direct messages or personal data about your followers.

3. What we use it for

• Publishing the content you approved on your account, on the agreed date and time.
• Showing you the status of each post and how it performed.
• Keeping access secure and sending you service notices by email.

We process this data because it is necessary to provide the service you hired, and with your express authorization when you connect the account.

4. Who we share it with

• Meta Platforms (Instagram), to publish and read insights within the permissions you granted.
• Amazon Web Services, our infrastructure provider (servers, image storage and email delivery), in the United States.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

5. Where it is stored and for how long

• On Amazon Web Services servers in the United States.
• The images of each post are kept only until it is published: they are deleted no later than 30 days after publication.
• The access token is kept while the account is connected and deleted when you disconnect it.
• Your user account data is kept while the account exists and deleted when you ask us to.

6. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), tokens are stored encrypted, access is restricted to invited people and backups are stored encrypted.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of your data under Chilean data protection law. Write to contacto@stratia.cl. To delete your data, follow the steps in Data deletion.

8. Cookies

We use a single cookie, needed to keep your session open. We use no advertising or third-party cookies.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the current version here with its date.
